- 配送方法は、佐川急便/国際スピード便配送(EMS/ FEDEX)をご用意しております。
- 佐川急便と国際スピード便配送も追跡可能で、送料についてはご注文の商品の重さによって異なりますので、ご注文画面にてご確認下さい。
国際スピード便配送は、基本的にはEMSでお送りしておりますが、場合によってはEMSと同程度か少し早く到着する FEDEXでお送りする場合もございます。
- ご注文されてから発送までの日数は、ご注文内容や配送方法によりますが、通常の商品の場合3~5日程度となります(土日祝日その他当店が定める休日を除く)。
- 韓国のCD・DVD商品は形態・大きさが日本の商品に比べ多様に制作され、商品の重さも商品によって異なります。一般的なサイズのアルバムCDは100~200g程度、
縦長の形態だと200~500g程度です。但し、ブックのページ数や特典・ポスターの有無により更に重くなる場合がございます。
また、予約商品の場合には実際の重量に若干の差が出る場合がございます。
予約商品の場合には商品入荷後の発送となり、ご注文数や制作/入荷状況によって入荷から数日お時間を頂く場合がございますが、
そういった場合には事前にそれぞれの商品ページにて発送スケジュールを記載させて頂きます。
- 発送からお届けについては配送方法、お届け先によりますが、目安としましては国際スピード便配送ですと3~5日、佐川急便/日本郵便局配送では5~7日程度、K-Packetですと4~8日程度となります。(土日祝除く)
